Kenny Oyebola

Kenny is a Senior Legal Engineer at Definely, bringing a perspective shaped by seven years in private practice and in-house legal. He joined in January 2026 from Freshfields, where he trained as a solicitor before becoming a Corporate and M&A Associate. During that time he also completed an in-house secondment at LSEG, working across corporate, commercial, treasury, and governance legal teams alongside business and corporate development functions.

Kenny is focused on helping to build the next generation of legal technology tools at Definely. His role is predominantly focused on incorporating subject matter expertise into the company’s products. 

His background gives him a grounded understanding of how legal workflows actually operate under pressure, the kind of institutional knowledge that shapes how Definely builds tools lawyers trust.
