The role

Description:

We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Intern to join our commercial team and help spearhead our growth and market traction at Definely. The internship takes place between August 12th until September 6th.

This is an exciting opportunity in a startup with ambitious plans and ideal for a graduate who is looking for a chance to work alongside the commercial team and be afforded a unique opportunity to be intricately involved with business development and go-to-market strategy at Definely.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and implement Definely’s customer success and engagement strategy to drive customer satisfaction and adoption
  • Understand the customer journey, identify pain points and bottlenecks and find innovative ways to improve the customer’s overall experience
  • Keep track of customer churn and customer satisfaction and identify ways to improve the customer experience
  • Collaborate with our customers to ensure that our product is launched effectively into their business
  • Educate the customer and end-users about the power of our product and the benefits they’ll receive from using it
  • Be the voice of the customer and feed this back to Definely.

About you

Requirements:

  • Interested in a customer success role, within a B2B SaaS business
  • Enthusiastic and hungry to join a rapidly growing tech startup, shape the Customer Success function and share ideas across the business to help drive growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with existing customers
  • Self-starter: eager to learn and thrive in a high-functioning team environment.
  • Data-driven approach: analyse data to proactively identify opportunities and solve problems
  • Authentic, confident and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver ideas clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
